Exchange and refund policy

• The customer has the right to exchange or return the products within 7 days from the date of receipt.
  * The item must be in its original condition, Unwashed, or damaged, with all crowns and invoice present.
  * Discounted or custom-designed parts may only be replaced or returned in the event of a manufacturing defect.
  * If there is a defect in the product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and explain the problem.
  * Preserving the part during the trial is essential, and any damage or change in the condition of the product may result in the replacement or return request being rejected.
  * The amount will be refunded in the same payment method after reviewing the product status and approving the order
